Neevia Group was established by its visionary founders Ar. Virender Sehrawat and Ar. Neena Thorat as an expression of its commitment towards quality redevelopment projects. Neevia Group has a strong foundation, which originates from our parent firm, VSA SPACE DESIGN, servicing the architecture industry and we provide statutory services for MHADA, BMC Approvals, Redevelopment and Architectural Services and all other allied services.

Neevia has ambitious plans to spread its wings and expand prudently in the neighbouring suburbs, and also venture into redevelopment projects. Neevia has been guided by a lucid and insightful business credo. The simple axiom in which Neevia believes in is that an organisation who cares for their customers would be instinctively committed to quality and excellence. His professional journey started at global IT organisation and having worked in India and America he has been residing in Australia for the past 17 years.

His expertise lies in crafting business strategies and fostering growth in the global market. He oversees the finance, legal affairs and new ventures for the organisation.
